Ray did an outstanding job selling our house and did it for just 1%! He provided a lot of support and input from the beginning to the end of the process. We were a little concerned that we would get “1% customer service” but Ray assured my husband that they would provide the same level of service as another realtor taking a higher percentage for commission.
